Writing this is more like a home coming feeling, a thing
which you love and you have been away from it for long and finally you are
doing it again, quenching your thirst. Today morning a salesman was roaming
from one house to another and even knocked at my door, to sell something, even
though I declined and he went ahead to do his job, his thought has not left my
mind till now and that is the reason I’m writing this.
We come across so many people consciously or subconsciously,
for purpose or without any purpose, who leave an impact on our minds, they may
be our friends, family, acquaintance or even a person as strange as somebody we
see on the traffic signal or a salesman we come across in our daily lives. They
don’t talk to us or we don’t even meet them again but they are some of whom our mind does not forget. I often wonder why do we remember
only them? I mean why we need to keep them in mind, when we have not even
talked to them, but deep inside each one of us think about them or remember
them at some point of time in our walk of life.
May be this subconscious memory of us is helping us to be a
good human being! Or simply our mind thinks about them and then we change a
certain habit of ours forever, like for example, I saw this salesman in the
morning, I had no other conversation than just a polite no, but still he has
been there in my mind and that triggered me to write this. He made me think
that he has been roaming in this scorching heat of 40 degrees at noon, just to
earn his bread and here I am lucky enough, sitting in the cooler and getting an ample
meal. Every person inspires another person, one does not need to be a
superhuman or a big industrialist or a famous personality, even a small child
helping an old lady cross the road can teach us some deepest lessons of life.
And this is what is the beauty of human nature!!
